You cannot be fully nourished to thrive in life without feeding upon the word of God for it is our sustenance to survive. It holds promises for us to hold on to; in it is the power to save. The word of God is our only offensive weapon--powerful, and active, sharper than any two-edged sword. Like a precious jewel, God's word makes the heart beautiful.
